There isnt much peace and quiet but pieces of quiet are essential right? Well for me they are or I start to go nutto. My favourite thing is when i can switch off my mind, my senses for outside demands, and allow enough time and space for my seratonin producers to start releasing that shit into my brain… I find sunshine really helps to kickstart them too. Not baking sun, but the softer morning and afternoon sun. Allowing myself to bask and close my eyes… letting them roll up slightly… i feel like I’m looking at or through my third eye a little (or in that general direction) and it’s not long before my parasympathetic nervous system starts kicking in.
